Concentration in Social Marketing and Entrepreneurship

The Social Marketing and Entrepreneurship Concentration, comprising 21 units, is a transdisciplinary concentration jointly offered by the Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences and the School of Business. This concentration offers students an in-depth exploration of the intersection between social marketing and entrepreneurship across various fields of knowledge, as well as social and environmental contexts, and professional environments.

The structure of the curriculum is as follows:

Students may choose six elective courses from the list below.

To ensure transdisciplinary diversity, students should choose the six elective courses by observing the following requirements:

• For students undertaking programmes offered by the Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences or the School of Business, at least four of the courses should be taken by the students aside from their own faculty/school;

• For students undertaking programmes offered by other faculties/schools, at least two courses from the Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences AND two courses from the School of Business should be taken;

• At least four of the courses should be at Level 3 or above.
