This executive-level programme is designed to meet the needs of the business world. It provides HR professionals with advanced management knowledge and practical HR skills, with emphasis on business acumen and strategic thinking competencies that enable them to recognize the challenges and opportunities facing contemporary human resources management. Graduates will be transformed into strategic business partners who are able to leverage human capital to enhance an organization’s competitive advantage. Classes of this two-year programme are arranged at weekends, allowing students to better integrate work with study.
