The objectives of the Honours Project are to provide integration of social work theories and methods, with opportunities for research in social justice, gender equality, and quality education topics, into their personal and professional orientation. These may include demonstrating originality, creativity, analytical skills, and problem-solving competence, and applying their knowledge and fieldwork experiences to the project.

Guided inquiry focuses on autobiographic methods and creating portfolios showcasing professional orientations. Other research orientations may also be permitted, subject to the course lecturer’s approval.
