To provide an understanding of the classical multivariate analysis. Very often, social, life and natural sciences observations are multidimensional or very high dimensional. Techniques in multivariate analysis can analyse this kind of data set. With the help of statistical package, such as MATLAB, R, and related AI software packages, students will learn how to treat real multivariate problems. Real-world applications, such as food production, high school education, and the manufacturing industry etc., will be discussed.
