This course is designed for students who have completed Intermediate Cantonese II or with equivalent competence in Cantonese. Students will be trained to present ideas and findings on diversified cultural topics. Topics related to daily life in Hong Kong such as cosmopolitan lifestyle, delicacies and cuisines, health issues, reading and media, education, etc. will be introduced. By the end of the course, students will be able to understand more complicated Cantonese related to cultural issues, give short speeches and presentations in Cantonese, acquire basic presentation skills and engage in more complex Cantonese dialogues.
