WRIT2006 Food, Wine and Travel Writing for the Leisure Industry (3 units)

The course aims to prepare students for entry into Chinese language creative industries in Hong Kong and the region. Further, the course aims to enhance students' cultural literacy through an examination of a variety of texts across different genres of food, wine and travel writing, serving to offer creative inspirations and critical insights for students' own professional and creative practice.
