This course aims to help students to achieve the following:
- Provide students with a comprehensive understanding of the legal principles, frameworks, and justice system that govern sports industry, including contract law, tort law, and regulatory compliance.
- Equip students with knowledge of the various dispute resolution mechanisms used in the sports industry, such as arbitration and mediation.
- Encourage critical thinking about ethical issues and governance structures within sports organizations.
