This course provides students with the fundamental concepts and skills related to the management of financial and human resources. Emphasis is placed on the role of technology and innovation in enhancing financial planning, workforce management, and organizational efficiency, as well as on the growth and development of small sport enterprises within an evolving industry landscape. It aims to (1) enable students to understand the fundamental concepts on how financial and human resources are managed and utilized effectively in an organization; and (2) enable students to obtain experience in the practical aspects of problem-solving and decision making techniques used to manage financial and human resources in leisure services, particularly in the context of innovation-driven and entrepreneurial environments.
