The purpose of this course is to provide students with insights on effective entrepreneurial leadership.  

In addition to introducing classic and contemporary leadership theories and principles, the course will also integrates classroom teaching with guest lectures and experiential visits to facilitate students’ self-awareness and reflection. 

Students are empowered to evaluate leadership capabilities amidst different industry contexts with new perspectives. They also has the chance to learn from industry leaders to discover how they navigate through uncertainties, changes, conflicts, risks and crisis with creativity and innovation. The course expect to prepare students to develop their preferred leadership strategy and style for future entrepreneurial ventures.
