This course introduces the scientific foundations of health management theory and the core strategies for its implementation. It provides students with a comprehensive understanding of health management as both an academic discipline and a career field by examining its defining characteristics and showcasing health management programs around the world. The course also covers methods for collecting health data and evaluating people’s health status. Students will learn to examine key factors closely related to health and disease. From a health management perspective, the course will also help students understand the medical value and practical measures of disease prevention and rehabilitation medicine.
