This course equips students with the theoretical knowledge and practical skills to leverage Artificial Intelligence (AI) for enhanced business analytics and data-driven decision-making. It aims to bridge the gap between advanced AI technologies and core business strategy, focusing on identifying key business problems amenable to AI solutions, selecting and implementing appropriate analytical models (including machine learning and predictive analytics), and interpreting results for strategic advantage. Students will learn to critically evaluate data sources, design effective AI-driven analytical pipelines, and utilize tools to extract actionable insights. Key objectives include developing proficiency in translating business questions into analytical frameworks, applying AI techniques to optimize operations, marketing, finance, and risk management, and understanding the ethical implications and limitations of AI in a business context.
