The course aims to introduce students to a wide range of ecological processes that are crucial for the sustainability of terrestrial and coastal ecosystems. Moreover, it strives to enhance students' ability to conduct independent studies in both field and laboratory settings. Through integrated field visits and lab exercises, students will have the opportunity to directly observe and analyze the principles introduced in lectures.
