The course is designed to introduce students to the importance of, and practical approaches to maintaining high food quality and safety amid rising consumer expectations and industry awareness in food safety.It covers the principles of good hygiene practices and International Standard of food safety management systems, and explains the local and international regulatory frameworks that govern food quality, safety and protect public health.
