Students are required to complete the conceptualization and pre‐production planning stages in MFA Thesis Project I before advancing to their final year project in MFA Thesis Project II. Collaborating with their academic and creative supervisors, students attend weekly classes or workshops where they receive comprehensive guidance on writing and developing their final year project scripts or documentary shooting proposals, depending on their chosen thesis format. Through a guided learning environment, this course aims to help students finalize their scripts or shooting proposals and advance to the pre‐production preparation stage. By the end of the course, students should have a finalized script for fiction production, a finalized proposal for documentary production, or a detailed scene outline for a scriptwriting project.
