Senior executives must be familiar with the mechanics of corporate governance, that is, how the board of directors makes decisions to promote the success of the organisation for the benefit of the shareholders and stakeholders. This course provides a solid understanding of corporate governance, business ethics, and AI governance. The ethical component will help business executives solve various ethical dilemmas commonly encountered in their decision-making process and develop insights into corporate sustainability. This course also explores how AI reframes business at both the strategic level and operational level.
