This course aims to provide students with practical laboratory and field-based training in bioresource and agricultural science. They will learn good agricultural practices through efficient use of resources that promote ecosystem health through the environmentally responsible management of soil and water. Students will be trained on technical farming skills at the rooftop farm in HKBU and the AFCD Tai Lung Experimental Station.
