The course covers a wide range of topics in cellular and developmental neurobiology with an emphasis on how neuronal information is integrated in the central nervous system to control different body functions. The course also introduces theoretical concepts on essential research techniques in neurodegenerative diseases, such as Alzheimer’s disease and Parkinson’s disease.
