This course will cover a range of topics in genome biology. Students will develop a clear understanding of genome structure and functionfunction, especially their relevance to universal health in humans. Topics will include DNA sequencing technologies, genome assembly and annotation, genome structure and variations, comparative genomics, functional genomics, epigenomics.
