PCMD3036 Health Care in Chinese Medicine 中醫食療與保健 (3 units)

This course covers the basic concepts of nutriology, the characteristics and content of nutriology in Chinese medicine, as well as the application in clinics. It also introduces the theory and method of health maintenance in Chinese medicine.
Remark: In addition to the stated medium of instruction, Cantonese would be used for supplementing and facilitating teaching and learning as appropriate.
中醫食療與保健為中葯專業的選修課程。其任務是通過本課程的教學,使學生掌握中醫飲食療法和養生保健的基本理論知識及應用技能。
