This course is a practical exploration of current and experimental practices beyond traditional instrumental approaches. Students will explore extended techniques, electronic music, multi-media practices and interdisciplinary approaches. The course is structures as a workshop in which enrolled students will gain hands-on experience in developing, applying and expanding live performance practices using electronics, sound objects, custom-built and traditional instruments (Western and Eastern).
