This course covers some properties of groups, rings and fields, including permutation groups and polynomial rings. It included the application of permutation group to counting and the application of finite field to error-correcting code, thereby contributing to technological innovation and the development of information and communication technology, which are essential for sustainable industrialisation and infrastructure.
