This course aims to equip students with the essential knowledge and skills to create audience-centered messages to achieve strategic communication objectives across various contexts. Emphasising an understanding of audience characteristics, students will learn to craft theory-driven and evidence-based messages that are informative and persuasive, resonating with target audiences and driving desired outcomes. Additionally, students will learn to pretest and evaluate message effectiveness, ensuring they can adapt their strategies to meet target audience communication needs.
