This course aims to develop students' job-ready skills and professionalism through providing: (1) training on practical knowledge and skills for managing people in organisations; (2) mentoring from the senior human resources management professionals, and (3) professional developmental activities. This course is also designed as an extension of HRMN3027 Human Resources Management Mentoring in which students will continue to receive mentoring from the senior human resource management professionals. In addition to lecture and e-learning, developmental activities, such as workshops, seminars and social events, will be organised to enhance students' business acumen, social skill, professionalism and adaptability.
