This course is designed to help (1) enhance students’ understanding of some key local and international standards in measuring a firm’s human resources to support decision making; (2) develop students’ ability to critically evaluate the impact of international standards on sustainable people management; and (3) raise students’ awareness of the importance of conducting HR audits in enhancing organisational sustainability.
