This course provides an overview of alternative assets including hedge funds, private equity, real estate, commodities and collectibles. The primary objective is to provide students with the analytical skills necessary to evaluate alternative investments and integrate them into diversified portfolios. Students will explore the scope of alternative assets, valuation methods and risk profiles of these asset classes.
