This course aims to develop socially responsible graduates who can appreciate the importance of environmental and social sustainability and promote sustainability good practices in the organisational contexts. Various theories, concepts and issues associated with achieving environmental and social sustainability will be explored. In the process, students will acquire the knowledge related to various aspects and issues related to sustainability, learn the skills to develop activities for and develop the right values for ethical and responsible management and be prepared to become the facilitators or change agents for organisations. The subject matter will be addressed through a mix of lectures, case analyses, and experiential exercises.
