Responding to the needs of undergraduate marketing students to develop a social entrepreneurial mindset with global sensitivity, this course shapes deeper understanding of social entrepreneurship through pre-field trip seminars, the trip itself, and post-field trip presentations. This three-phase approach will allow students to spot social entrepreneurial opportunities, learn social innovation strategies by interacting with social entrepreneurs in different countries, and provide value-added marketing solutions to social ventures abroad.
