This course focuses on exploring and discussing the roles of data and technologies in advancing the effectiveness of Omni-channel retailing and visual merchandising and enhancing customer experience and retail innovations. Students are expected to acquire the latest market knowledge and practices and develop insights into smart retailing and future trends.
