This course focuses on operations management and analytics in the retail business. The course objectives are to prepare students to manage a retail operation effectively, both online and offline, be familiar with the latest practices in retail operation management, and develop analytical skills and innovative ideas in deriving strategies and solutions. Students are expected to gain the essential competencies to deal with the unstructured dynamic challenges encountered in the supply chain and operation in the retail business.
