This course introduces students to the knowledge of nutriology, together with the relationship between nutritional components and human health. By taking this course, students will be able to explain how to achieve nutritional balance to people in need. With the knowledge of "Food Therapy in Chinese Medicine", students will be able to provide people with diet suggestions that contribute to disease prevention and rehabilitation, thereby improving the quality of health management services.
