This course introduces students to the theory of Chinese medicine on the relationship between skin condition and the functional status of Qi and blood in Zang-Fu viscera. The course will cover the anti-aging principle in Chinese medicine as well as the principles and methods of Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation and treatment for discosmetic dermatosis. By taking this course, students will understand correctly the principles and methods of Chinese medicine prevention and treatment of discosmetic dermatosis. They will also be equipped with the ability to analyze the cause of the disease and treatment plans as well as judging their efficacy. Students will be able to offer appropriate suggestions to individual or groups in the process of practicing health management.
