This course offers an overview and appreciation of the structure and management of the human resources Learning and development (L&D) functions within the organisation. Students will acquire knowledge and understanding of the theory and principles underlying L&D practice, the techniques and skills required for professional L&D practitioners, as well as an understanding of the current issues in L&D.
