The course aims to introduce students to a wide range of ecological processes that are crucial for the sustainability of terrestrial and coastal ecosystems. Moreover, it strives to enhance students' ability to conduct independent studies in both field and laboratory settings. Students will also participate in 2-3 field visits. These field trips will provide opportunities for students to observe and study processes introduced in lectures directly in the field.
