This course allows students experiencing globalisation in a working environment. It aims to (1) develop in students, a good understanding of the global-local interactions; (2) help students to integrate knowledge acquired form classroom learning with practical, everyday, working experiences; (3) enhance students’ awareness of transdisciplinary approaches to real-world problems and professional life; and (4) develop students’ soft skills such as communication, critical thinking, collaboration, creativity and empathy.
