MKT 7740 Brand Psychology and Digital Marketing (3 units)
This course proposes that under the premise of total quality management, the growing process of brand is a developing process of the relationship between brand and consumers, the developing degree of this kind of relationship could be reflected by brand awareness, brand association, brand reputation, brand trust, brand loyalty and brand evangelism. The psycho-mechanism of their forming and developing and digital marketing strategies can be shown through this course. This course will eventually enable students to learn how to do a good job in brand total quality management (TQM) and customer relationship magamgement (CRM) through digital marketing concepts and methods, so as to achieve the goal of raising customer-based brand quality, sales revenue and profit. Students will develop the ability to blend branding psycho-management and digital marketing for improving the long-term profitability of the brand.
