This course is designed for social sciences undergraduate students. It aims to develop in students a basic level of competence in research and to enhance their awareness of the various skills and strategies required in writing research papers. In addition to introducing the essential components and requirements for research, the course addresses various elements in the processes of writing and presentation. The core research and writing skills students develop in this course will serve them across all academic disciplines in humanities and social sciences and in workplaces.
