In the 21st century, it is vital for listed entities around the world to meet investors' expectations about 'environmental, social and governance' (ESG) expectations and incorporate sustainability business strategic considerations that are in line with complex compliance obligations and codes. This course aims to provide students with the knowledge and skills to think strategically as well as develop an organisation's ESP strategy and satisfy compliance requirements and codes. To achieve this, this course will analyse current theories, international best practices, as well as requirements in Listing Rules and Codes on ESG. This course would also encompass an organisation's ESG practices including sustainability leadership, risk management, corporate culture, and stakeholder intergration in governance.
