This course is designed to (1)  introduce students to the use of corpora in translation research and practice; (2) more specifically, enable students to conduct concordance investigations, create word lists and keyword lists and utilise a range of other functions offered by the relevant software; (3) acquaint students with the wide range of online resources and tools that are available; and (4) familiarise students with the processes involved in corpus design.
