HRM 7300 Human Resources Management and Business (3 units)
This course is designed to provide an overview of the fundamental principles of human resource management and business administration. It covers (1) all of the main functional areas of human resource management within the broader context of business strategy, globalization, and social responsibility, (2) the changing roles of human resource management in corporations in modern times, and (3) the fundamental concepts of strategic management and financial management. Best practices are highlighted.
