This course covers the basic concepts in the science and technologies of modern telecommunications and digital technologies. The aims of this course are to introduce the basic principles and components used in these modern technologies, as well as the applications of the digital technologies in internet and wireless communications. Cutting-edge topics, such as cellular and 5G technologies, and the digitalization of energy network, will also be discussed.
