This course provides the economics concepts and theories for students to understand the macroeconomics environment under the trend of globalisation. The course covers three main areas: (1) the international trade and trade policy; (2) the exchange rate market, the exchange rate determinations and exchange rate systems; and (3) international monetary arrangements and macroeconomic policy.
