The objective of this course is to introduce the microeconomic theories and enable students to apply them in the real world. It attempts to equip students with fundamental microeconomic principles for analyzing problems and making decisions in both the private and public sectors. Economic theories would be introduced intuitively, using the graphical approach to solidify students' understanding. The connections among economic theories will be emphasized. Also, real-world examples and cases will be incorporated wherever appropriate to enhance your understanding.
