This course aims to cover key issues and the applicable laws and regulations for financial market. It includes an overview of the regulatory framework in financial, banking and securities laws, especially dealing with product and business conduct. It also provides the foundations for the study of financial crimes including anti-money laundering and counter-terrorist financing, fraud, as well as corruption.
