This seminar Leadership and Teambuilding for entrepreneurs aims at empowering students with tools and with personal awareness about one's own style; participants learn how to be collaborative team members, and how to contribute to an effective team dynamic that will result in synergistic and interdependent teams working towards promoting their programme and its alumni.

Leadership is first about management issues and motivation. It means being aware of different personalities (beyond their professional competencies), and which contexts allow effective participation, or which contexts generate stress. Then, leadership is about change and in the particular situation of entrepreneurship, change occurs all along the process of developing the project into proper business. Every situation of leadership requires an act of courage: facing the risks and challenges of change despite fears and uncertainties. If willingness to learn leadership is no enough to become a leader, developing leadership skills is fully possible. Any activity in our daily life is an opportunity to demonstrate and grow our leadership capabilities.
