This course provides students with an understanding of the financial technology, i.e. FinTech, and its application in banking and investment industries.  FinTech refers to the application of technology to improve financial activities.  FinTech comprises the new applications, processes, products, or business models in the financial services industry, composed of one or more complementary financial services and provided as an end-to-end process via the Internet.  After the completion of the course, students will have a basic understanding of FinTech and its role in the finance industry.
