Economic and business models and analytics need to be implemented with tools and technologies. This course aims to provide students with modelling skills to formulate, analyse and solve economic and business problems applying basic programming knowledge. Instead of training an expert in programming knowledge, the course focuses on introducing the essential techniques for students to become effective economic and business modellers. Student will learn about computational thinking, experimental methodology and empirical methods for economic and business modelling and analysis. Wide range of economic problems and business applications will be incorporated in the course.
