As the clinical research of traditional Chinese medicine keeps changing from day to day, the research findings can be used for reference in the teaching and clinical practice of traditional Chinese medicine. However, the teaching contents and versions of Chinese medicine textbooks sometimes are not up-to-date and it results in the difficulty for students to realize the latest progress in clinical research of traditional Chinese medicine through the existing clinical courses. Therefore, “Current Topics on Clinical Research in Chinese Medicine” is established with the aim at complementing the existing clinical courses. Students can obtain the basic knowledge and skillsets of different clinical practices. They can also understand the latest achievements in modern clinical research and apply the skills into practice.
中醫藥的臨床研究日新月異，其研究成果可資中醫課程教學及臨床實踐所借鑑，但中醫教科書的教學內容及版次的更新卻明顯滯後，以致於難以透過現有的中醫臨床教學科目讓學生了解及掌握最新的中醫臨床研究進展。因此，本科目旨在與已開設的中醫臨床科目相互補充，令學生既能掌握中醫學臨床科目的基本知識與技能，又能了解現代臨床研究的最新成果，並為之所用。
