This course aims to provide students with the foundations for identifying, establishing and developing an organisation's regulatory risk and establishing a compliance framework. To achieve this, the course will analyse current theory, international best practices, as well as key commercial law obligations like competition law. Furthermore, assist companies to meet broader ethical expectations by incorporating corporate social responsible principles into the compliance function.
