Students are taught with fundamentals of Chinese medicine, including the philosophy and basic theories of Chinese medicine, the properties and application of different categories of Chinese medicinal materials, and the principles of Chinese medicine for maintaining health. This course will provide relevant preparation and basic knowledge to students to learn the upcoming courses in the Programme if some students who have not yet been well-trained in Chinese medicine previously.
