This course is designed to provide a theoretical and scholarly framework which complements JOUR7170 Business and Finance. It will provide students with a basis in the economic theories that are most likely to be useful and interesting to business journalists. Students will appreciate the analytical framework of modern economics and its history. Current and perennial controversies and arguments will be explored.
